Shipping Policy

This shipping policy applies to all the products purchased on Bio Plant Life. Bio Plant Life is committed to delivering the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the customer on the checkout page. To optimize delivery, we thank the customers for indicating an address to which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

For security reasons, Bio Plant Life will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS:
Regularly priced items are eligible for full refunds and exchanges up to 30 days after tracking confirms delivery. The original payment method that was used to make the purchase will be used to make refunds. Usually, you’ll get your money back in 5 to 15 business days. Please email us at info@bioplant.life if a refund is not received within 90 days.

For all exchanges and returns:
-No product got damaged or washed.
-The original tags must be present.
-A genuine purchase receipt is required.
-Items that are on sale, gifts, or discounted cannot be returned or exchanged.

You have 12 hours from the time you get your order confirmation to amend or cancel it. So that we can make these modifications right away, kindly Contact Us now using our Contact Page. If your order is delivered and the adjustments are not there, you should return the unused products for a full refund.

Customs and import taxes:
Please note that any extra costs related to import or customs taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your own state’s policy on importing goods, as we cannot provide this for you.

Shipment Tracking:
Bio Plant Life provides the tracking numbers once they are available and the shipment has been made. Once the order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. It will contain a tracking number so that you can trace your order to your door.

Delays:
Bio Plant Life is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays.

Undelivered Packages:
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address, or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned to the corresponding post office, and the customer must pick it up from there.

Incorrect delivery address:
Bio Plant Life will not take charge of or make returns for lost or undelivered packages with wrong shipping addresses; please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses at the time of purchase.

Secure delivery address:
Bio Plant Life recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example, their home or place of employment. Bio Plant Life is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

Shipping Completed:
Each delivery is considered complete from the moment in which Bio Plant Life makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.
