Return & Refund Policy

We hope you’ll be satisfied with your Bio Plant Life purchase. Nevertheless, you have 30 days from the day an order has been delivered to return or exchange any items you are unhappy with only if the product is damaged, not working properly or never arrives.

VIDEOS OF THE PRODUCT ARE REQUESTED BY OUR REPRESENTATIVE.

Please send an email with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange to info@bioplant.life. Explain why you’re returning or exchanging your product; you can include videos or pictures, after that our customer care representatives will guide you through the return and exchange process.

To complete the exchange or return, send your return to, 3301 W MacArthur Blvd # B, Santa Ana, CA 92704.

Please note that we won’t accept exchanges or returns until we get approval from our customer care representatives.

Exchanges, cancellations, and returns:
Regularly priced items are eligible for full refunds and exchanges up to 30 days after tracking confirms delivery. The original payment method that was used to make the purchase will be used to make refunds. Usually, you’ll get your money back in 5 to 15 business days. Please email us at info@bioplant.life  if a refund is not received within 90 days.

For all exchanges and returns:
-No product got damaged or washed.
-The original tags must be present.
-A genuine purchase receipt is required.
-Items that are on sale, gifts, or discounted cannot be returned or exchanged.

On each of our orders, we offer real-time tracking information. Please wait 48 hours before sending us an email at info@bioplant.life if your order does not arrive by the anticipated due date. To give you more time for refunds and exchanges, we’ll do our utmost to find the missing package. If your order is damaged upon arrival, please take pictures and submit them to info@bioplant.life. You can use the return label we’ll send you to mail the items back to us, and we’ll send you a fresh order with all new items right away.

Customers (buyers) will always be completely liable for the cost of return postage, except in the case of items that were damaged in transit. In that case, we will cover the cost of return postage.

No restocking fee is charged for returned goods.
